Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner for a regular full-time remote position within the United States.

You will develop pipelines of qualified candidates, partner with hiring managers, and promote Kratos image to high-caliber talent. The role requires a minimum of five years in recruiting or related fields, with a Bachelor's degree (or eight years of experience in lieu).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, customer service, sales, or related fields with a Bachelor's degree.
• Alternatively 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Document job requirements with hiring manager.
• Determine recruiting sources for postings.
• Promote Kratos image to candidates and external service providers.
• Document candidate evaluation and interview process.
• Assist with developing and presenting offers and compensation packages.
• Conduct employment background checks when needed.
• Collaborate with agencies, contractors and website representatives for advertising campaigns.
• Support college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs.
• Assist immigration process with attorneys as needed.
• Network with senior internal and external personnel in your area of expertise.
• Work with minimal day-to-day instruction; take on additional duties as assigned.

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Partner develops, researches and identifies prospective talent providing a pipeline of qualified candidates.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Works with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings as required opening requisition(s).
• Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
• Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.
• Documents candidate evaluation and interview process.
• Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
• May conduct employment background checks.
• Works with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment advertising campaigns.
• May develop, support and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs.
• May also assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
• Other job duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience (in recruiting, customer service, sales, or other related experience) with a Bachelor's degree; or a minimum of 8 years of experience in lieu of degree.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Remote Home Office Environment.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, mouse, phones).

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Yes, as needed.
