About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting efforts for high-impact financial advisor and leadership roles. If you thrive in fast-paced, relationship-driven environments and are energized by connecting people with meaningful careers, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition

  • Lead the entire recruiting life cycle—from intake to hire.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions, sourcing campaigns, outreach materials, and interview guides.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines of high-quality candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, resume sourcing databases, and job boards.
  • Screen, interview, and manage candidates through each stage of the process, ensuring a seamless experience.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client partners, setting expectations and providing consistent updates.
  • Build strong partnerships by understanding client needs, team dynamics, and industry nuances.
  • Deliver strategic hiring updates, placement feedback, and requisition performance reports.
  • Manage client communication, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
  • Handle client billing, monitor AR balances, and escalate concerns when needed.

Reporting, Systems & Analytics

  • Prepare and present weekly recruiting metrics, activity reports, and performance summaries.
  • Maintain accurate, organized records in ATS/CRM systems.
  • Provide updates to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager on requisition progress and candidate pipeline status.

Training & Team Development

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to team learning.
  • Share best practices and support continuous improvement of recruiting strategies.
  • Train, mentor, and lead support staff or junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • 100% alignment with company values (above)
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting.
  • 1+ years prior experience in the financial services industry, retirement & wealth management financial advisor recruiting is preferred.
  • A people-first mindset with a passion for connecting talent to opportunity.
  • Proven success in candidate sourcing, lead generation, and relationship-building.
  • A collaborative, confident team player who thrives in high-performance environments.
  • Driven, disciplined, and growth-oriented—you’re motivated by goals and results.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused under pressure.
  • Skilled in juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a client-service approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS/CRM platforms.

Success Looks Like

  • Consistent submittals of qualified, top-tier candidates each week.
  • Fast turnaround from requisition intake to candidate submission.
  • High placement rate and strong, positive client feedback.
  • Clear, proactive communication with clients, hiring leaders, and internal stakeholders.
  • Accurate and timely reporting, documentation, and invoicing.
  • Ongoing collaboration and updates provided to senior Talent Acquisition leadership.

Pay range and compensation package

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) $100,000-$120,000+ annually (combination of base salary and placement fee commission).
