Location:
Candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones preferred. It is anticipated that an incumbent in this position will work remotely from a location within the continental United States. Work location subject to change based upon business needs.
Travel:

The BioMatrix People & Culture team is delighted to welcome a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our new and growing Talent Acquisition team where you'll collaborate with hiring leaders at all levels of the organization, drive full-cycle recruiting strategies, and help us attract, engage, & hire mission-driven professionals in clinical and non-clinical roles across our enterprise.
YOUR EXPERTISE- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, marketing & communications, or other relevant field required
- In lieu of Bachelor's degree, four (4) years of equivalent talent acquisition experience may be accepted
- Minimum of three (3) years of talent acquisition & talent sourcing experience at various-sized organizations for varied divisions required
- Talent advisor experience partnering with hiring leaders at varied levels (new leaders to senior leaders) required
- Talent acquisition project management experience required
WHAT WE'D ALSO LIKE TO SEE- Minimum of five (5) years of talent acquisition & talent sourcing experience at various-sized organizations for varied divisions preferred
- Prior healthcare talent acquisition experience preferred
- Prior talent acquisition experience working in remote, hybrid, & on-site national organizations preferred
- Prior experience with ADP applicant tracking system and other talent acquisition technology applications preferred
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING- Leading proactive talent sourcing initiatives for high-demand roles in nursing, pharmacy operations, sales, non-clinical teams, etc.
- Actively considering & identifying top-tier candidates for open positions, ensuring alignment with organizational values, role requirements, and long-term potential
- Acting as a consultative partner to hiring leaders by providing market insights, interview guidance, offering creative hiring solutions, etc.
- Using data-driven recruitment strategies to optimize pipelines, reduce time-to-hire, make process improvements, etc.
- Championing employer branding and candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance
- Purposefully implement BioMatrix's IDEA philosophy to ensure objective, consistent, and fair hiring practices
- Leveraging technology and innovative tools to stay ahead of industry trends and attract the best talent
- Supporting continued employee engagement to drive continued talent retention
- Engaging in applicable merger & acquisition activities for successful outcomes
- Strategically plan and execute large-scale recruiting initiatives, talent acquisition projects, and People & Culture team initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with all required federal and state regulations & reporting
