Cube Hub Inc is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner (Bilingual Spanish) to support hiring at a manufacturing site in San Antonio, TX (onsite). This contract role offers $34.00 to $40.00 per hour (1st shift) with access to benefits including 401(k), medical, dental, and vision insurance. You will partner directly with business and operations leaders as a candidate-facing recruiter and talent advisor, helping teams hire with clear, structured, and compliant processes.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with plant leadership and functional leaders to align hiring with workforce plans, production schedules, and critical capability needs.
- Run intake sessions that establish success profiles, interview strategy, decision criteria, compensation ranges, and hiring timelines.
- Advise on role design, selection methods, and structured interviews to improve fairness and predictive validity.
- Use labor market and competitor information to guide location strategy, talent availability, sourcing channels, and expected time to fill.
- Coach hiring managers on inclusive hiring practices and balanced tradeoffs between skills, potential, and time to hire.
- Facilitate debriefs to ensure selection decisions are evidence based and aligned to business goals.
- Own top-of-funnel recruiting by defining ideal candidate profiles and building practical sourcing plans.
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines through referrals, job boards, community partnerships, and targeted campaigns.
- Manage candidate flow through the ATS, ensuring timely communications at each stage.
- Coordinate interview teams by providing guides and preparing interviewers to assess consistently.
- Track recruiting metrics including time to submit, time to slate, time to fill, pass through rates, source of hire, and early attrition.
- Identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement countermeasures to improve speed and quality.
- Share market updates and recruiting progress dashboards with stakeholders and recalibrate plans when conditions change.
- Test and adopt tools/processes that streamline work and improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Design a candidate experience that is timely, respectful, and aligned to company values.
- Write inclusive job postings that clearly describe impact, growth, and requirements.
- Represent the company at events and with community partners to expand reach and diversify talent pools.
- Capture and share candidate feedback to continuously improve.
- Apply employment and recruiting policies, including EEO and OFCCP where required.
- Maintain accurate and complete ATS documentation, protect candidate data, and uphold confidentiality standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success advising hiring managers.
- Ability to identify and engage scarce skill sets and build forward-looking pipelines that prepare the business for current and future talent demands.
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms, including tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and consultative influencing skills.
- Ability to interpret recruiting data and market insights to inform strategy and improve processes.
- Knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish and fluency in English and Spanish.
