This role will work closely with operational and home office leaders to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and attract talent at every level of the organization.From building hourly recruiting strategies and developing our college recruiting program to managing the hiring process and leading new hire orientation, this role will have an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how we attract, hire, and welcome people to LM Restaurants.What You'll Do• Lead Company-Wide Recruiting: Manage full-cycle recruiting across restaurant operations and home office, partnering with hiring leaders to understand position requirements, develop candidate profiles, source talent, and make successful hires.• Develop Hourly Recruiting Strategies: Partner with operations and HR to strengthen hourly hiring across our restaurants. Develop targeted approaches based on local labor markets, seasonal needs, and staffing challenges while providing leaders with recruiting resources and best practices.• Build Our College Recruiting Program: Develop relationships with colleges, universities, and hospitality programs. Lead campus recruiting efforts, career fairs, internship opportunities, and other initiatives that build a pipeline of future talent and emerging leaders.• Own the Hiring Process & Candidate Experience: Guide candidates through the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance. Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, manage pre-employment requirements, and keep hiring leaders and candidates informed throughout the process.• Lead Onboarding & New Hire Orientation: Own the onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the new hire's start. Develop and conduct new hire orientation, introducing employees to LM Restaurants, our culture, values, and expectations while ensuring they have a positive start.What We're Looking For• At least 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including developing recruiting strategies and managing multiple position types.• Experience with high-volume or hourly recruiting, preferably in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit environments.• Experience developing or managing college recruiting programs and building talent pipelines preferred.• Experience with onboarding, new hire orientation, and candidate experience.• Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.• The ability to partner with leaders, manage competing priorities, and adjust recruiting strategies in a fast-paced environment.Why LM Restaurants?LM Restaurants is a family-owned company with a diverse collection of restaurant concepts and a strong commitment to our people.
