About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process for high-demand travel healthcare positions across the country. Your success will directly impact patient care by ensuring our clinicians are in the right place, at the right time, and with the right support.

This role is fast-paced, rewarding, and critical to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for travel clinicians, including sourcing, screening, presenting offers, and onboarding
  • Build and nurture a talent pipeline with a focus on hard-to-fill and dialysis-related roles
  • Partner closely with Account Managers to understand evolving client needs and deliver results fast
  • Ensure all placements meet compliance and credentialing standards across multiple states
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with travelers to support repeat assignments
  • Document all activity in ATS with accuracy and urgency

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of healthcare staffing experience required; travel nurse and dialysis recruiting experience essential
  • Track record of success in a competitive, outcome-focused environment
  • Natural curiosity and agility in navigating different markets, tools, and candidate personas
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and digital sourcing platforms
  • Valid driver’s license
