Job summary

Thryv is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to build a high-performing sales recruiting function in a fast-paced environment. You’ll partner with hiring managers to define requirements and drive the full recruiting lifecycle.

Responsibilities include sourcing and assessing candidates, maintaining a robust pipeline, supporting college recruiting, immigration processes, and staying current on talent trends. Travel less than 5%; bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Recruiting experience OR client facing job responsibilities at Thryv, required.
  • 5+ years of related experience OR client facing job responsibilities at Thryv, preferred.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and recruiting processes.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Project and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
  • Customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively support hiring managers through the full recruiting cycle.
  • Ability to travel less than 5% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience Required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening and any required training.

Ensures reference or background checks are thorough and adhere to internal policy. Documents and communicates progression of recruiting process.
  • Develops and maintains a pipeline of prospective candidates through proactive sourcing and research.
  • Develops, supports, and/or maintains college recruiting, affirmative action, and/or career development programs, as needed.
  • Supports immigration processes as a liaison with immigration attorneys, as required.
  • Stays up to date on industry, product, and geographical trends in talent.

Who We’re Looking For
