Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition professional in the United States to build and maintain candidate pipelines, conduct phone screens, and manage the candidate experience in a high-volume environment.

The role requires at least three years in TA, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate ATS and multiple platforms. You will collaborate with recruiters and cross-functional teams while meeting performance goals in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in outbound calls.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Ability to effectively utilize multiple platforms concurrently.
• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Must work a hybrid schedule with in-office presence Tue, Wed, and Thu.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Review, screen, and contact candidates within the ATS
• Provide a positive candidate experience in a high-volume recruiting environment

• Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the process
