GMI Cloud, Inc is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for Mountain View, CA. This high-visibility, hybrid role requires extreme autonomy to own US talent pipelines and deliver end-to-end results.

You will bridge US operations and global leadership, communicating in both English and Mandarin to align on hiring bars and culture. The position demands a hands-on, high-execution mindset in a startup-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech (AI, Cloud).
• Independent delivery with ability to fill complex technical and GTM roles under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
• Experience setting up or optimizing an ATS and scalable recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer negotiation.
• Lead ATS setup, define workflows and interview kits with data standards.
• Map the market and hunt top-tier passive talent in GPU Cloud and AI Infra.
• Coordinate with external headhunter agencies to augment reach.
• Advise leadership on compensation, market trends, and talent availability.
• Communicate with stakeholders in English and Mandarin to ensure global alignment.
