Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program leadership to determine job vacancies and maintain staffing spreadsheet.
• Source applicants through databases, online forums, social media, etc.
• Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions and materials.
• Ensure all required employment screenings are processed according to policy.
• Attend and host job fairs to recruit qualified talent.
• Establish and maintain contact with local colleges and schools to promote opportunities.
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to match open positions.
• Enter new hire information into the agency database and ensure onboarding is completed.
