American Senior Communities LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for Central Indiana to act as a strategic advisor and partner with facility leaders to build pipelines and improve candidate experience.

You will drive recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, develop local strategies, and collaborate with HR on retention-focused hiring in a multi-site Indiana environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare recruitment.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers at multiple levels.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel between communities in Central Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles at assigned facilities.

American Senior Communities is now hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner for Central Indiana

American Senior Communities is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who acts as a true strategic advisor. This role goes beyond recruiting transactions—you’ll partner closely with facility hiring managers, regional operational leaders and other key leadership roles to understand workforce needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

What will you do:

• Partner with assigned facilities to lead recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Build strong relationships with facility leadership to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Drive applicant flow, interview scheduling, and offer processes to improve speed to hire.
• Ensure timely follow-up on applicants and maintain a strong candidate experience.
• Partner with facility leadership to identify and remove barriers impacting timely hiring.
• Develop and execute local recruiting strategies (job fairs, school partnerships, community outreach).
• Partner with HR and leadership on retention focused hiring strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare recruitment field.

• Experience partnering with hiring managers at multiple levels.
