Job summary

StandardAero, Inc. is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner in Dallas, TX to lead sourcing for skilled hourly/technical roles and collaborate with management to align hiring with business goals.

You will manage the candidate lifecycle in the ATS, perform thorough prescreening, and build a strong network using social media and professional networks. The role offers opportunity to shape aviation talent strategy within a stable aerospace leader.

Qualifications

• 5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Aviation or aerospace recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for sourcing and managing candidate workflows.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience recruiting for operations/technical, professional and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement sourcing strategies for highly skilled hourly/technical roles such as A&P mechanics.
• Support management with full recruitment and selection to meet business goals.
• Manage candidates through the ATS.
• Conduct thorough technical prescreening.
• Source candidates through networks, social media, and other tools.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience throughout the process.
• Negotiate offers to close top talent.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll recruit top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization.

What you'll do:

• Identify and implement sourcing strategies to fill highly skilled hourly/technical roles such as A&P mechanics
• Provide a full range of recruitment and selection support to the management team to achieve best hiring results that deliver business strategies and goals
• Manage candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Conducting thorough technical prescreening
• Leverage professional networks, social media, and other tools to proactively source candidate
• Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate throughout the process
• Negotiate offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top talent

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of talent acquisition experience
• Corporate recruitment experience in the aviation or aerospace industry strongly preferred
• This position will sit in Dallas, TX

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for sourcing, tracking and managing the candidate workflow. ORC / Fusion experience is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Previous experience recruiting for postings at all levels (operations/technical, professional & leadership roles).
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR professionals and Hiring Managers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment requisitions and competing priorities.
• Provide accurate, actionable feedback and coaching to Hiring Managers.
• Strong process orientation, attention to detail, time management and organization skills.
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
