Job summary

StandardAero is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in Dallas, TX. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead sourcing strategies and provide full recruitment support to management to meet business needs in aviation and aerospace.

You will manage candidates through the ATS, conduct technical prescreening, and source candidates via networks and social media, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience throughout the process. You will also negotiate offers to close top talent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Aviation or aerospace recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Position sits in Dallas, TX.
• ATS experience with ORC / Fusion is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Experience recruiting for postings at all levels (operations/technical, professional & leadership).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Corporate recruitment experience in the aviation or aerospace industry strongly preferred
• This position will sit in Dallas, TX

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for sourcing, tracking and managing the candidate workflow. ORC / Fusion experience is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Previous experience recruiting for postings at all levels (operations/technical, professional & leadership roles).
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR professionals and Hiring Managers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment requisitions and competing priorities.
• Provide accurate, actionable feedback and coaching to Hiring Managers.
• Strong process orientation, attention to detail, time management and organization skills.
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
