Vaisala is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to develop and execute strategy to hire top talent. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience and differentiate Vaisala from the competition.
You will join our Human Resources team, working with leaders across the world and reporting to the Human Resources Director Americas. The role includes coaching, direct sourcing, interviews and employer branding to build a world-class talent pipeline.

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will develop strategy and execute it to hire top talent. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process and apply innovation to differentiate Vaisala from the competition.
You will be part of our Human Resources team of talented professionals. Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to influence the hiring of extraordinary talents joining our company. In this role you will work in close cooperation with leaders across the world and report to the Human Resources Director Americas.
Anticipated Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 base salary with an annual STI bonus plan (on top of base compensation). Salary is determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
