The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support Benevis’ mission of expanding access to quality dental care. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts across clinical support roles, partnering with hiring Partners to develop tailored recruitment strategies, and building strong candidate pipelines for key positions.
Responsibilities- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage all phases of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and pre-boarding for assigned corporate and clinical support roles.
- Partnership with Hiring Partners: Collaborate with hiring Partners to understand role requirements, develop job postings, and create customized recruiting strategies that address both short-term and long-term hiring needs.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, online advertising, and professional associations. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both immediate needs and future hiring.
- Candidate Experience: Provide excellent customer service to candidates throughout the process, ensuring timely responses, clear communication, and a seamless experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
- Build and manage externship programs with Dental Hygiene and Assisting schools: Identify priority markets, tier programs by staffing needs, and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Represent the company at campus events and hiring fairs (onsite and virtual): Engage talent through outreach campaigns, social media, and brand promotion initiatives.
- Technology & Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), documenting all candidate communication and status updates. Leverage ATS and CRM tools to build and nurture talent pools.
- Recruitment Marketing Support: Partner with the marketing team to keep job postings and recruitment ads active and effective. Ensure job postings align with Benevis’ brand standards and highlight our mission and culture.
- Hiring Event & Campus Engagement: Attend industry events, career fairs, and campus recruiting events to build relationships with potential candidates and educational institutions. Deliver presentations and represent Benevis at targeted events.
- Consultative Approach: Provide regular updates and insights to Talent Acquisition leadership, operations, and clinical leadership teams regarding recruitment activity, hiring challenges, and market trends.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvements, sharing best practices and new ideas to enhance Benevis’ recruitment capabilities.

QualificationsEducation/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience, with proven success recruiting for professional, clinical, or healthcare roles across multiple locations.
- Experience working in a healthcare, dental, or multi-site organization is strongly preferred.
Required or Specialized Skills:
- Exceptional sourcing and networking skills, with experience building pipelines for hard-to-fill or geographically dispersed roles.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, particularly in attracting candidates to challenging locations and competitive markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring Partners, and leadership at all levels.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple requisitions, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS experience strongly preferred) and other recruitment technologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and recruiting best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting corporate and clinical hiring in a healthcare environment.
- Prior experience with recruitment marketing strategies, including social media outreach and employer branding campaigns.
- Experience presenting at career fairs, campus events, and professional conferences.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for hiring events or onsite meetings.
