• Experience with TA metrics and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Support 5-8 jobs across multiple TA projects.
• Improve LinkedIn job posting efficiency and compliance.
• Update ADP Screening requirements and create an adjudication matrix.
• Update iCIMS screening requirements including salary inputs.
• Assist integration of an AI tool within iCIMS.
• Review TA metrics for 2026 and develop a TA metrics dashboard.
