Braven is hiring an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition Operations to optimize the full talent lifecycle and partner with hiring managers to deliver equitable, high-quality experiences. You will manage interview coordination, drive process improvements, and support data-driven recruiting decisions.

Qualifications

3-5 years in talent operations or related field.
Experience supporting hiring processes with managers in fast-paced orgs.
Strong project management, organizational and analytical skills.
Experience with HRIS/ATS tools (Workday, Workable) and related tech.

Responsibilities

Own interview coordination, ensuring speed, consistency, and great candidate experience.
Develop SOPs and knowledge resources for scalable talent operations.
Support compliance, audits, and reporting with cross‑functional partners.
Lead small portfolio of searches, guiding end-to-end workflow.
Map and optimize talent processes with a systems-thinking mindset.
