Ferrara is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Talent Acquisition Operations & Employer Branding to strengthen our employer brand and optimize recruiting systems and analytics.

You will drive activation across digital platforms, career sites, events, and communications, while supporting SuccessFactors and CRM integrations. You will collaborate across Talent Acquisition, HR, Communications, Legal, Finance, and external partners, translating requirements into scalable TA processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 4–6 years in Talent Acquisition Operations, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, HR Technology, or analytics.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, HRIS, and system implementations and training.

Responsabilidades

• Support employer branding rollout across career sites, social channels, and events.
• Administer and optimize TA technologies, including SuccessFactors Recruiting and CRM.
• Develop recruiting dashboards, KPIs, and leadership reports to inform decisions.
• Manage TA vendors, budgets, contracts, and vendor performance reviews.
• Plan and execute recruiting events and enhance candidate experience.
