AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Partner to optimize recruiting operations. The role involves system administration and data analysis to support effective recruiting.

The Talent Acquisition Operations Partner is responsible for optimizing and supporting the systems, reporting, analytics, and operational processes that enable efficient and scalable recruiting operations. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for recruiting systems and workflows, ensuring data integrity, process consistency, and a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. The position partners cross‑functionally with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to improve recruiting technologies, automate processes, and provide actionable workforce and recruiting insights. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives, compliance, reporting, and operational enablement for the Talent Acquisition function.
