Job summary

SoundCloud is seeking a Recruiting & Operations Manager to partner with our Talent Acquisition team and balance strategic recruiting with operational excellence. In this hybrid NYC role, you’ll drive full-cycle hiring for technical and business roles while enhancing processes and leveraging AI to boost efficiency and DEI across the candidate lifecycle.

You will coordinate with hiring managers, implement automated workflows, and provide leadership with proactive recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in recruiting, operations, or coordination roles.
• Experience recruiting for technical and business roles.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
• Strong focus on DEI in hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles, from kickoff to onboarding.
• Deliver high-touch candidate experience and align with hiring managers.
• Own interview scheduling, communications, feedback, and reporting.
