You will balance full-cycle recruiting with operational excellence, partnering with hiring managers to source top talent for tech and business roles while improving processes and leveraging AI.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of recruiting/operations experience.
• Experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS for scheduling, communications, feedback, scorecards and reporting.
• Hybrid in-office NYC role with global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles.
• Deliver high-touch candidate experience and align with hiring managers.
• Own the operational integrity of recruiting using Greenhouse for scheduling, communications, feedback, scorecards, and reporting.
• Champion DEI by ensuring inclusive job descriptions and bias audits.
• Identify friction points and implement automated workflows to increase efficiency; recommend new tools.
• Provide proactive reporting on hiring metrics and headcount for leadership.
• Manage global hiring coordination autonomously and streamline processes.
