Job summary

Dalio Family Office is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support scheduling, candidate experience, and onboarding, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. This role acts as the operations backbone of recruiting, ensuring accuracy across systems and smooth interactions with hiring teams.

You will manage external partners, NDA coordination, and fee discussions, coordinate in-person interviews, and support the new-hire process with welcome communications and orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Approximately five years’ experience in an external facing role that required high volume scheduling.
• Experience managing processes and projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take accurate notes for tracking and follow-up.
• Strong sense of accountability, while maintaining autonomy over business directives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Leads and hiring teams, translating priorities into scheduling action plans and meeting SLAs.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time candidate progress in the ATS.
• End-to-end scheduling for candidate interviews, delivering a high‑touch experience and communicating company culture.
• Act as a central coordinator between candidates and hiring teams, resolving conflicts and communicating changes.
• Identify and elevate risks impacting candidate engagement or search progress.
• Support onboarding and vetting of external search partners, including NDA coordination and early fee discussions.
• Coordinate in‑person interview logistics, including conference room bookings.
• Manage new‑hire onboarding communications, orientation scheduling, and on-site support.
• Additional duties across Talent Acquisition as needed.
