Responsibilities
What You’ll Achieve
  • Support Talent Acquisition (TA) leaders on key projects that advance recruiting operations, compliance, process consistency, and partner alignment across the business.
  • Partner with internal teams and cross-functional collaborators to gather information, coordinate next steps, and help move TA initiatives from planning to execution.
  • Help organize and synthesize project details, reporting inputs, compliance updates, and operational insights so leaders have the information they need to make decisions.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of TA processes, governance materials, and documentation that support a consistent, compliant recruiting experience.
Project Coordination
  • Support TA projects from start to finish by helping organize workstreams, timelines, landmarks, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project plans, action logs, meeting notes, and status updates.
  • Partner with TA leaders to help execute strategic initiatives and keep work moving.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work with HR, Legal, Technology, Finance, and other business partners.
  • Operate with a project management attitude by tracking ownership, deadlines, dependencies, risks, and follow-through across multiple TA workstreams.
Compliance & Governance

  • Help ensure recruiting processes are clearly documented and aligned to company standards.
  • Maintain operational documentation, governance materials, and process resources.
  • Support green card-related processes by helping coordinate documentation, tracking, and follow-up requests in partnership with TA leaders and appropriate internal teams.
  • Coordinate updates to recruiting policies, procedures, and team resources as needed.
  • Provide operational support for compliance-related TA needs that fall outside of day-to-day recruiting coordination responsibilities.
Qualifications
Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and a willingness to jump in where support is needed.
  • Clear communicator who can summarize information, draft updates, and collaborate with leaders and team members.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and AI-enabled tools to organize work, summarize information, draft materials, and improve day-to-day productivity.
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Internship, coursework, or early experience related to HR, recruiting, employee experience, project coordination, or business operations.
