CompuNet Clinical Laboratories is seeking an HR professional to manage recruitment, orientation, onboarding, and community outreach.

You will handle full life-cycle recruitment, new employee data entry, and maintain records while promoting effective communications and data integrity.

This role requires 2+ years in recruiting, an Associates or Bachelor's in HR, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with confidentiality.

Formación

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related business discipline, or related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar recruiting.
• Must have demonstrated skills in interpersonal communications and problem solving.
• Must have a working knowledge of Windows-based and Microsoft Office software applications.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and data.
• Proven ability to exercise sound reasoning and judgement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure effective and efficient employment processes and procedures to recruit and retain a high-quality workforce.
• Plan, organize, direct and facilitate new employee orientation and support first year onboarding processes.
• Complete new employee data entry, lists, and accurately complete demographic and benefit data entry.
• Complete all steps of recruiting employees of full life cycle recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, complete background checks, offer, onboarding, etc).
• Create and maintain community outreach initiatives to expand future candidate pool. Includes relationships with schools and programs, participating in career and job fairs, supporting clinical rotations.
• Maintain department records and collect statistical data for administrative, quality assurance, regulatory, and employee relations purposes.
• Train new HR employees on HR processes and systems.
• Promote positive communications with all levels of conduct.
• Daily involvement with confidential information and data.
• Consistently exercise sound reasoning and independent judgment skills.
• Ability to remain flexible with work hours periodically based on department needs
• Ability to prioritize daily work assignments, act independently, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate with integrity and professionalism.
• Continue professional development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations.
• Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organization by performing other human resources duties as needed or assigned.
