Job summary

Securitas in Fargo, ND is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to support the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, and related tasks. This full-time role is based in the branch office with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 100% on-site requirement.

You will assist with sourcing, interviews, offers, I-9s and orientation, while handling licensing and onboarding documentation. The position also supports events, employee relations, and compliance activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak and write English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work an occasional Saturday for hiring events.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR with recruitment and sourcing tasks.
• Attend hiring and community events to attract candidates.
• Interview, extend offers, and handle licensing documentation.
• Process I-9s and schedule new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Support employee relations, investigations and compliance tasks.
