Job summary

Tunnel to Towers Foundation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting across professional, program, administrative, frontline, and leadership roles. You will collaborate with HR Partners and hiring managers to develop strategies, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a professional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for multiple functions and levels (professional to management).
• Proactive sourcing and passive candidate recruitment experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed or similar platforms.
• Paylocity experience preferred.
• Strong interviewing and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to build partnerships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
• Maintaining confidentiality and professional discretion.
• Pre-employment screening including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and timelines.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies based on role requirements and hiring needs.
• Conduct proactive sourcing and candidate outreach across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Support interview practices and develop evaluation criteria with managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and teams.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Represent the Foundation at career fairs and recruiting events.
