Job description

For this U.S.-based position, the expected compensation range is $X - $Y per year plus commission. The salary range applies to candidates within the United States and is determined based on roles of similar responsibility and level. Individual pay within the range is influenced by factors such as performance, knowledge, skills, experience, and education.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Service Acquisition Sales team, ensuring comprehensive coverage of our high-growth, high-potential mid-market customer base.
  2. Report directly to the Vice President of Services Sales and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and other teams.
  3. Drive business results and employee development, with a track record of closing complex enterprise deals.
  4. Develop and lead the team to generate revenue and meet quotas.
  5. Recruit, coach, and mentor sales professionals to achieve targets.
  6. Develop account strategies, business plans, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  7. Be proficient in Schneider Electric Service solutions and understand customer IT and sustainability trends.
Main Requirements
  • Proven leadership in a hunter sales role, eager to acquire new customers.
  • Motivated to lead a high-performance team.
  • Experience prospecting and developing remote relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
  • At least 3 years of sales management experience.
