Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead our manufacturing recruitment efforts, managing a team of remote recruiters, developing sourcing strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet hiring goals. Your role involves strategic planning, process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a remote team of recruiters, ensuring high standards of candidate and hiring manager experience.
    • Drive a high-performance culture using data and metrics.
    • Support growth by training new sites in PCB systems and practices.
    • Collaborate with leaders to understand workforce needs and allocate work effectively.
  2. Recruitment and Requisition Management:
    • Manage requisitions, sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for salaried manufacturing roles.
    • Develop effective recruitment strategies, including advertising, university partnerships, and community outreach.
    • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
    • Partner with local HR and manufacturing leaders to build sustainable pipelines, especially in rural areas.
  3. Process Improvement:
    • Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Use data to inform decisions and optimize strategies.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with hiring managers, manufacturing leaders, and HR to develop recruitment plans.
    • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
    • Proactively address potential issues to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
  5. Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with policies and legal requirements.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years in talent acquisition, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • 3+ years recruiting plant-based salaried roles, including engineers and manufacturing leaders.
  • Proven success in process excellence, metrics, and accountability.
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
  • Effective leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools, with a focus on efficiency.
Travel

Up to 20% travel may be required.

Compensation

Salary range: $86,899 - $128,609 annually.
