Job summary

PopStroke in Dallas, TX is seeking a resourceful Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting across Corporate, Venue Operations, Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, Technology and more. Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older due to scheduling, hours and compliance.
• 5+ years of progressive corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions across functions and levels.
• Strong interviewing experience and talent assessment beyond resumes.
• Sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines.
• Coaching hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Judgment to challenge hiring managers when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle changing priorities with urgency.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and similar platforms.
• Ability to provide market feedback and data-driven recommendations.
• Hospitality/restaurant/entertainment/retail or multi-unit exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned searches from intake through accepted offer, keeping each process organized and moving efficiently.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role, business need, and candidate profile before search.
• Develop recruiting strategies for each opening including sourcing, target companies, and interview process.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple functions and locales.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and provide summaries to hiring managers.
• Proactively source passive candidates for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking and other channels to identify strong candidates.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies beyond inbound applicants.
• Develop relationships with candidates and maintain pipelines for recurring roles.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and provide timely updates.
