• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience working with creative, strategy, digital, and production teams within an agency environment or on the brand side preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with hiring managers to devise and execute recruitment strategy.
• Post jobs in ATS and on job boards including LinkedIn and company site.
• Screen resumes, coordinate interviews and collect feedback.
• Manage salary negotiations and extend offers to finalists.
• Build candidate pipelines and maintain relationships for future roles.
