SAC Health is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment function at the Brier Clinic in San Bernardino, CA. This role will optimize the ATS, standardize interview tools, and develop SOPs to elevate hiring quality and efficiency.

You will partner with People Leaders to drive data-driven hiring, create analytics and reporting, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Travel to other SAC Health sites may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition with leadership experience.
• Experience implementing or administering an ATS is required.

• Lead the implementation, configuration, testing, and adoption of the ATS and streamline utilization.
• Develop and standardize interview kits and SOPs across departments.
• Create recruitment metrics dashboards and executive reporting for ongoing insights.
