Loffler Companies seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our full‑cycle recruiting across all ten states we operate in. You will partner with leaders to plan staffing, implement sourcing strategies, and refine processes to attract top talent.

You will coach hiring managers, manage the ATS, and drive a strong candidate experience while ensuring compliance and scalable hiring practices.

Qualifications

  • Eight or more years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring others.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and recruitment compliance.
  • Strong analytical, interpreting recruiting data and recommending solutions.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with leaders, hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruiting function, ensuring efficient, consistent, and compliant hiring practices.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Partner with leaders and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and establish recruiting priorities.
  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing, candidate selection, compliance, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, educational partnerships, and industry relationships.
  • Oversee job postings, sourcing activities, interviews, offers, and pre-employment processes.
  • Enhance the candidate experience through effective communication and streamlined recruitment workflows.
  • Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recruiting tools, and reporting processes.
  • Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Analyse recruiting data and provide recommendations to improve hiring results.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain recruiting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
  • Maintain relationships with recruiting partners, colleges, professional organizations, and community groups.
  • Partner with People & Culture and business leaders to support successful onboarding.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads recruiting strategies, sourcing initiatives, and hiring processes to attract and retain top talent across all ten states in which we operate. This role partners with leaders and hiring managers to support workforce planning, improve hiring outcomes, and enhance the candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager oversees talent acquisition programs, systems, and metrics while fostering an inclusive and high‑performing hiring culture.

What You'll Do

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

  • Lead the full‑cycle recruiting function, ensuring efficient, consistent, and compliant hiring practices.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with UKG Recruiting, HRIS platforms, and talent management systems.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Frequently operates a computer and other standard office equipment.
