Job summary

LHH is partnering with a growing and well-established organization in the Richmond area to identify a Talent Acquisition Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting leader who enjoys both developing a team and remaining actively involved in the hiring process.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a team of recruiters while driving full-cycle recruiting across industrial, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and professional roles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with exposure to industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or operations-related hiring.
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing recruiters.
  • Strong sourcing and talent attraction skills.
  • Experience partnering with leaders at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on recruiting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to support company-wide hiring initiatives.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, including industrial, engineering, manufacturing, operations, skilled trades, and professional-level roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies and workforce plans.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices across the talent acquisition function.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a team of recruiters while driving full-cycle recruiting efforts across a diverse range of positions, including industrial, engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, operations, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is a strategic talent acquisition professional who can build strong partnerships with hiring managers, improve recruiting processes, and attract top talent in a competitive market.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to support company-wide hiring initiatives
