Ultimate Staffing Services in Irving, Texas, seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive recruiting, onboarding, and engagement for our client in the area. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of staffing/recruiting experience, proficiency with ATS/VMS, and strong communication and organizational skills to build a robust talent pipeline.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for internal positions at the client site.

Responsibilities

Working in a largely virtual environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for:

• Full recruitment process management including, staffing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for all internal positions at the client site for temporary openings.
• Complete requisition management including the fulfillment life cycle of all work orders, communication, job profile creation, job postings, and social media activity.
• Manage core competency requisitions and actively build talent pipeline.
• Manage database and recruitment technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and critical job boards.

Qualifications

• Strong communicators with excellent problem resolution skills
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
• Individuals with preferably 2+ years of previous staffing industry or recruiting experience
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and VMS (Vendor Management Systems) a plus
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• Someone who is enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and Ambassadors in line with our company purpose, promise and values

• Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience
