Our Mission: To Make Independence a Gift for All Anne Carlsen Center (Anne Carlsen) is a non-profit organization which has been providing supports and services for 80 years to individuals in North Dakota with developmental disability or delay. Rich in tradition, Anne Carlsen has positioned itself on the cutting edge of innovation with unique programs, creative therapies and advanced assistive technologies that meet the specific needs of those we serve. Be a part of an organization whose mission is to make independence a gift to those in your community!

Location: In office, may be located in Jamestown, Bismarck, Fargo, or Grand Forks

Shift:Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Schedule: Full-Time, Exempt

Weekly Hours: Up to 40

Resume and cover letter required with application submission

Every great mission needs great people

Inspired by Dr. Anne Carlsen's legacy, we focus on ability- helping children, young adults, and families thrive through residential care, therapy, early intervention, education, behavioral health, and community-based programs. We're not a single-service organization; we're a whole-person system, spanning across the state, with incredible teams who use technology and evidence-based practices to unlock potential every day.

Building that kind of team takes someone who can think as big and as broadly as the mission itself. As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll lead the full hiring engine- sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding- across all ACC locations and across a genuinely diverse mix of roles, from direct support professionals and clinicians to educators and behavioral health specialists. You won't be recruiting for one program in one building; you'll be building the workforce behind an entire continuum of care.

This is a role for someone who loves the chase of finding the right person for the right role, who sees recruiting metrics as a story about impact rather than just a spreadsheet, and who knows how to inspire others with our mission. You'll lead and coach a small team, partner directly with organizational leadership to turn organizational goals into staffing strategy, and have the ability to get creative across multiple communities in a rural healthcare and human services landscape where every hire changes lives.

If you've got the instincts to spot great talent, the grit to recruit across a multi-site, multifaceted organization, and the heart to know you're helping build a more inclusive world, we want to talk to you.
