Talent Acquisition Manager

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work in close partnership with the Education Department, and all Departments across the organization so we have the right people in the right roles to deliver on our 10-year promise to scholars. Day to day, you will:

We do this by offering a holistic, asset-based program that invests in each of our scholars over 10 years: from high school to college, through the launch of their careers.

You’ll know the Talent Acquisition Manager role is the right fit if…

  • You are an experienced full-cycle recruiter with 4–7 years of experience and a proven track record of hiring qualified, diverse candidates across multiple functions.
  • You thrive in complexity, juggling multiple roles, stakeholders, and timelines while keeping the candidate experience front and center.
  • You design with intention, working backwards from outcomes to build efficient, equitable hiring processes that scale.
  • You’re a systems thinker who enjoys building workflows, refining processes, and bringing structure to fast-moving environments.
  • You confidently manage up to hold hiring managers accountable.
  • You know how to teach others, with experience training hiring managers and interviewers on best practices.
  • You are excited to work Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM with a Tuesday-Thursday in-office requirement.

Compensation: This position is Full-Time, exempt. The full compensation range for the Talent Acquisition Manager is $79,000-$99,000/year with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer around $84,000/year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.

  • Work-Life Balance: Time off is essential to success and we provide up to 27 discretionary time off days (sick and vacation) in addition to 28 paid office closures and holiday days in your first year of employment.
  • Financial Security: Immediately you can enroll in our 401(k) plan with a match of up to 4%. Additionally, life insurance that is 1x your salary is paid for by College Track with the option to purchase additional coverage
