Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals to deliver high-quality talent solutions.
• Deliver against hiring targets and build scalable recruiting processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and selection criteria; train interview techniques.
• Advise leaders on talent market trends, risks, and recruiting effectiveness.
• Design and improve recruiting policies, governance, and candidate experience.
• Drive long-term TA roadmap to attract and retain talent for growth and operations.
