• Continuous Improvement: design policies, processes, service delivery and governance for compliant, candidate-centered hiring.
• End-to-End Talent Delivery: manage full-lifecycle recruitment across high-impact business verticals.
• Strategic Business Partnership: calibrate headcount needs and draft compelling job descriptions.
• Executive Market Intelligence: advise leaders on compensation trends and workforce risks.
• Process Scaling & Governance: develop SLAs and governance for efficient hiring.
• Continuous Improvement: lead initiatives to improve recruitment speed and candidate experience.
• Proactive Sourcing: design multi-channel strategies to engage passive candidates.
