Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP seeks a Director of Professional Staff Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team in Indianapolis. You will develop and lead Taft’s professional staff recruiting strategy, overseeing the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, and partnering with firm leadership to anticipate hiring needs.

You will build proactive pipelines for critical roles, drive innovative sourcing strategies, and mentor the TA team to ensure a high-quality candidate experience

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
• 8–10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience recruiting in professional services, legal, accounting, consulting, or similarly complex environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Exceptional relationship-building and consultative communication abilities.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics to drive decisions.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute Taft's professional staff recruiting strategy and execution across all offices.
• Lead full recruitment lifecycle for professional staff positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with leadership to plan workforce needs and build strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Create proactive pipelines for critical roles and monitor recruiting trends for improvements.
• Coach and mentor the Talent Acquisition team and align resources with priorities.
• Manage external search firms and recruiting vendors; monitor costs and external spending.
