Job summary

Trumark Homes seeks a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to own our recruitment strategy and build the team across multiple divisions. You will partner with leadership to design roles, postings, and interview processes, while ensuring a consistent candidate experience.

The role requires 8+ years in recruitment, including leadership, with travel to CA, CO, and WA. ADP and Lever experience are preferred. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruitment experience; including 2+ years in corporate/growth environments.
• Experience building or leading a recruitment department or program.
• Experience recruiting for construction/homebuilding roles is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel quarterly to CA, CO, and WA.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the recruitment function, setting process and tooling and building the team over time.
• Provide a thoughtful and consistent recruitment experience; post roles, review resumes, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and extend offers.
• Set hiring strategy with managers, including detailed job descriptions and criteria.
• Maintain active postings and adjust strategy if results lag.
• Source candidates via job boards, databases, networks, and referrals; manage communications.
• Guide managers in developing interview questions.
• Create and distribute offer letters and rejection notices for requisitions.
• Present hiring data weekly in recruitment meetings.
