Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees the organization's recruitment and hiring processes.
• Supervises talent acquisition staff and mentors recruiters.
• Develops and executes recruiting strategies and workforce planning.
• Partners with business leaders to meet staffing needs in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
