Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition/recruiting experience, including experience of at least 2+ years leading recruiting programs, teams, and significant recruiting operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition strategy and workforce planning with business leaders and People Operations.
• Oversee hands-on recruiting for executive, technical, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify passive and hard-to-find talent.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and recruiting best practices.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Monitor activity and optimize ATS workflows and reporting.
