The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including technical recruiting in aerospace or engineering. Responsibilities include managing hiring strategies and providing market insights, along with coaching the recruitment team to improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with full-cycle recruiting.
• 1–3 years of experience managing recruiting teams.
• Experience hiring for technical roles in aerospace or engineering environments.
