CesiumAstro in Austin, TX is actively seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to manage the end-to-end candidate experience, coordinate interviews, and maintain the ATS. You will partner with our Talent Acquisition team to stay ahead of hiring needs and ensure smooth scheduling and communications.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in recruiting, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset. This full-time role supports on-site operations with a comprehensive benefits package and stock

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting or related business administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and familiarity with ATS systems (Lever preferred).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• A positive attitude, team-oriented, and a passion for recruitment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and CesiumAstro staff, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
• Manage job postings on various platforms, including the company website and external job boards.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates.
• Support the onboarding process by conducting pre‑employment background checks, drug screens, and coordinating start dates.
• Pull reports on recruitment metrics through our ATS, Lever.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team on candidate experience.
