Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to create a thoughtful, organized recruiting experience from the first candidate interaction through the interview process. You will partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications and logistics, and keep the hiring process moving onsite.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree with 5+ years in recruiting or related business administration, plus strong written and verbal

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting or related business administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and familiarity with ATS systems (Lever preferred).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• A positive attitude, team‑oriented, and a passion for recruitment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and CesiumAstro staff, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
• Manage job postings on various platforms, including the company website and external job boards with AA/compliance guidelines.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates.
• Support the onboarding process by conducting pre‑employment background checks, drug screens, and coordinating start dates.
• Pull reports on recruitment metrics through our ATS, Lever.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team on candidate experience.
