What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the RPO team to ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and data-driven accountability
- Act as the key point of contact for business leaders to support their hiring and business growth plans
- Analyze recruiting life cycle data and hiring metrics to identify and address challenges promptly
- Conduct weekly cadence calls to review open roles and facilitate necessary actions or escalations
- Provide enablement and coaching to Hiring Managers on hiring best practices and market trends

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition leadership
- Significant experience working with Recruitment Process Outsource Partners
- Deep knowledge of the US and Canada domestic market and Talent Acquisition implications
- Proven track record of driving continuous process improvement initiatives and creating strong partnerships with business stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree preferred
- Formal methodology in Lean Six Sigma
- Agile Practitioner or experience
