As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Global Head of Talent Acquisition (New York-based).
The Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Lab49 will play a crucial role in driving the recruitment strategy and processes to attract, engage and retain top talent for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process.
The base salary range for this role is $170,000 - $250,000.
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role and level.
Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
