Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full recruitment lifecycle for HQ roles and provide field recruitment support across Retail, Contact Center, and Fulfillment Center operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field (equivalent work experience considered).
• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, with HQ and multi-site field support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for headquarters roles, driving sourcing, interviewing and offer management.
• Own onboarding lifecycle for HQ hires, including new-hire orientation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment regulations, including I-9/E-Verify and background checks.
• Provide recruitment support to field operations across Retail, Contact Center and Fulfillment.
• Plan and execute high-volume seasonal hiring while maintaining compliant screening processes.
• Partner with hiring managers, build candidates pipelines, train on interviewing and compliant hiring.
