Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS) invites a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting for our Washington, DC metro facilities engineering and operations teams. This onsite role partners with operations leaders to attract and retain top technical talent across commercial, government, and mission-critical portfolios.

You will manage a small recruiting team, streamline processes, and own the employer brand at career fairs and events while ensuring compliance with EEO and DC

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including at least 1 year managing recruiters.
• Demonstrated success recruiting skilled trades, facilities engineering or technical operations talent.
• Experience staffing government or commercial service contracts, including key personnel and contract phase-ins.
• Working knowledge of EEO, OFCCP, Service Contract Act, and DC-area pay transparency requirements.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and maintain a facility security badge.
• U.S. citizen, or otherwise legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting across facilities engineering, operations and maintenance.
• Partner with operations leadership to attract, hire, and retain skilled technical talent.
• Own the employer brand and represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
• Manage recruiting cycle from requisition to onboarding, ensuring data accuracy and timely communication.
• Oversee the applicant tracking system and reporting for leadership.
• Coach and develop recruiters; set goals and review performance.
