The role requires strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR leaders, experience in multi-state recruiting, and a proactive approach to building talent pipelines in a large, multi-location organization.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of OFCCP, EEOC, and AAP guidelines.
• Recruiting across multi-state, multi-office organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle for all U.S. positions.
• Develop recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing plans.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Manage candidate flow to final disposition in the ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to source top talent.
